About:
Amy P. Lin received her Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Sciences from the University of California at Riverside in 1998 and her Medical Degree from the University of California at Los Angeles in 2001. She was a graduated of the highly competitive accelerated 7 year combined B.S./M.D. program that only accepted 24 students into its medical program each year. She completed her residency in Family Medicine at Northridge Hospital Medical Center in 2004.After residency, Dr. Lin worked with Buenaventura Medical Group in the Oxnard Office. In 2006 she joined North Oaks Pediatrics in Thousand Oaks in order to focus more on preventative health with special attention to teens and young adults. She continued with the group when it became Oak Tree Pediatrics and More in 2008. In 2013 she switched to the Sierra Vista Family Medical Clinic is Simi Valley to allow her more time with her family.
Dr. Lin is board certified in Family Medicine and is a member of both the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Medical Association.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 young daughters exploring local attractions, traveling, sitting on the beach and hanging out with good friends.
